Solid Construction: Made in only one board with 0.7’’ thickness, the desktop is more stable and sturdy than which is assembled with a few ones.

I bought the desk motors from the same brand weeks before, since I did not want to risk getting a two piece top or getting it hurt by shipping it tried locally and was not able to do it, so I ended up just getting this and venture to see what happened. The top looks good and it feels sturdy enough, pretty please there. However, keep in mind this is not solid wood but compressed wood, the box had something inside that caused a dent, I am still trying to understand how that happened as the piece standing against my exterior wall when delivered and flat on the floor while unpacking and assembling, but there you go it got dented super easily. To my luck I was able to assemble my monitor rack there and you cannot noticed the dent, so phew, but keep in mind that transport/shipping can mess up the piece somehow. Overall pretty happy with my new desk.
