I hope this proves to be a helpful review to those out there who are interested in this chair. I just received the chair today and I placed my order two days ago (I used prime shipping via a free 30 day trial). I'm pleased that it arrived safely, despite the package having traveled through more than half a dozen shipping sites through several states.When the box arrived it had a large gash in the side of the box and was covered with clear packing tape. The chair was not assembled and came with zero instructions. There weren't any scratches on the legs or the faux leather, but the faux leather was a little dirty at the top. Since there were no instructions, it probably took me 20 minutes to put the chair together. There were 4 long screws, 4 medium screws, one lone screw that was a little shorter than the rest, 9 washers, and a little Allen wrench. There are no extra parts, so you want to be sure not to lose any pieces. I used the medium screws for the two front legs, the lone screw in the middle of the back of the seat/chair, and the 4 long screws to attach the back legs to the back of the seat. It may not make sense right now, but if you buy the chair and have to assemble it yourself it will make more sense. After I assembled the chair, I tried to Velcro the back seat flap down. It is kind of short but I stretched it slowly and attached a little bit at a time and eventually got the flap to stay down.Now for the chair! It is very attractive and bright white. The fabric is soft but the other reviewers are right, it WILL get dirty super easily. A soft damp rag should wipe off most messes, just don't let anything set and dry on it. If you get pen or marker on it, you're probably doomed. I purchased this for light use as a vanity chair and, thus far, it seems somewhat squishy. Another thing some other reviewers mentioned is that the backside of the chair was not very attractive, and I agree. I feel like the manufacturer could do something to cover where all the fabric is pulled and sewn together to make it better looking.Also, for those who are plus size and worried about the weight support- it seems fine for me! I'm 5'7" and am a size 24 in an avg US jean size and it seems just fine. UPDATE ON THIS BELOW- it is NOT ok for plus-sized use!I am happy with my purchase and I hope that this review will help fellow shoppers make a decision that is right for them. I will post an update after I get some use out of this if anything changes for the negative.UPDATE: July 18, 2015: This chair does not stand the test of time! After 6 months of light use, this chair is BREAKING and is no longer stable enough for use. I am extremely disappointed. I would unfortunately recommend fellow shoppers to PASS on this item, as it is not made well. Beautiful chair, terrible construction.As others have noted, this chair does require assembly and as others have noted, the hardware was loose in the box. The hardware bag was open and several washers were missing. Fortunately, the bolts needed for assembly were all found at the bottom of the shipping carton and the missing 5/16 washers were all readily available at the local big-box store. Assembly was straightforward using the included allen wrench. A nice touch is that the cloth covering the seat bottom is attached with Velcro, so access to install the bolts holding the seat bottom to the chair back and to the front legs is pretty easy. Additionally, the white vinyl flap covering the rear of the seat frame stretches down to cover the wood frame and, again, attaches with Velcro. I just assembled the chair this morning; my wife is pleased with its appearance and it fits under her bathroom vanity. As long as it holds up to daily use, we are both happy. Recommended.For the price I paid, I expected higher quality. First, the packaging was a wreck. The screws/washers were LOOSE in the box! The box was thin, and got beat up in the postal service, which ripped holes in the box, and I believe this is what cause 2 of my washers to go missing. So upon delivery I was missing two pieces of hardware. Assembly was easy enough once I located two replacement washers in my house. I was also disappointed in the quality of the wood legs. There are a lot of dents, knicks, and in one leg there was some sort of crack, it's superficial and only seems to go thru the paint. Nonetheless it was upsetting. Most of these issues could have been resolved had the chair pieces and hardware been properly wrapped and packaged.I would buy this chair again, though. I like the style. The color of the white is actually white, not cream of off white. It's exactly what I was looking for, but I expected more thoughtful packaging and care to the furniture for the price I paid.I ordered the 2 pack and only got one chair. But it's a very nice chair.IF THERE WERE 10 STARS----I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!! LOVE THE CHAIR AND SO DOES EVERYONE WHO SEES IT. I MAY VERY WELL ORDER ANOTHER ONE TO USE IN BEDROOM VANITY. I USE THIS ONE AT DESK IN KITCHEN!! IT MAKES A STATEMENT!!!! THE BOTTOM IS VERY WELL CUSHIONED AND BACK IS BEAUTIFUL. I TURN IT AT AN ANGLE FROM THE DESK, SO PEOPLE CAN SEE THE BUTTONED BACK!!HAD TO DRILL A LITTLE AS THE SCREWS IN ONE LEG DID NOT EXACTLY MATCH, BUT SUCH A SMALL THING TO PUT UP WITH FOR SUCH A GREAT CHAIR!!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!! IT IS STURDY, TOO...!!!Granted, this chair isn't expensive. So it shouldn't perform like an expensive chair- but it is so aesthetically beautiful that I wish it did! Even after following all instructions in assembly (and believe me I've assembled my fair share of furniture), it wobbled. And the foam inside has started to spill out, and it appears that one of the nails may be pushing in to the wooden legs, cracking the outer paint. Luckily, I don't use this chair much so I can't imagine what would happen with daily use. This chair is more for decoration.On the plus side, it looks very nice and the seating is very spacious and long, making it very comfortable.I forgot to review this item once I did get it delivered. The delivery took awhile but the company made everything right. It does not come with directions on how to assemble, but after a little adjusting and added spacers the chair is beautiful. I love it and get compliments on it all the time!This chair is soft and glamorous! Let me say it again, soft! The faux leather is not rough at all! The only problem I have is that I have to tighten the legs every month or so, but I have to do this with my dining chairs as well, so I think this is a common "problem" with all 4 legged chairs. No big deal. It looks amazing in front of my makeup vanity.I really like the design, but unfortunately there isn't much of quality control. I have buttons not in the right spot, chipped paint on legs, and the back is not upholstered in the right oval shape. But amazon online chat help line is amazing. they help me get another order to see if I can use the order for parts. Unfortunately, there just isn't enough good parts. So I am still missing 4 black under seat cover mesh. Hopefully, Amazon will be able to get some paint from the company for me, since they ignore the email I sent through their company website. I would rated 4 stars for the design and amazon customer service, but only 3 stars for the company's non existing quality control and customer servicesomeone wrote in blue ink pen on the backs of one chair but it mostly washed off - otherwise relatively easy to assemble, comfy and cute. Not sure how long they will last with high use but they're inexpensive so whateves - UPDATE: 3 years of moderate use and the chairs are doing good. Cushions are a bit flat but still cannot feel the wood frame on your legs/bum :)Beautiful chair for my bathroom vanity
